This townhouse was perfect for us! Our room was quiet and spacious, right across from the Thomas Kirche. The townhouse is at a quieter end of the pedestrian zone, so we had the best of both worlds, quiet, but able to walk everywhere. The staff was excellent and very helpful. It is an old historic building that has been tastefully renovated, modern without losing its charm. The room included a kitchenette, but they offer an excellent breakfast buffet, or you can order a la carte.

This Hotel is more than a hotel. Perfectly situated across St Thomas church the experience becomes a life long one. The cleanliness is non arguable. The hotel has also a surprisingly well sauna . The decoration is musical . You sleep under the cantata of Bach. Choosing a room which looks direct to Church makes the stay upgraded to heavens.

As a loyal TOWNHOUSE guest, I chose this brand in Leipzig without hesitation, although other The Management Symphony members stayed in a different hotel. However, a premium location doesn't guarantee a pleasant and satisfying stay!

The words of the review from the end of July describe whole situation during my stay two months later. "Service and staff could definitely do with some more finetuning and attention ..." etc.

Yes, the problem is PERSONNEL and I will be more specific in the letter addressed to the hotel owner.
